Our Admissions Process

Here a Jacklyn Academy we have an open admission policy. We honor student admissions for any and all students no matter the race, gender, color, disability, or national origin is excluded. The policy that we enforce on discrimination is strong and we strongly honor a non-discrimination policy.

Immunizations are required for grade levels K-8th prior to enrollment or attendance of school. Each student is required by the Department of Health to have a completed Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH680) for the prevention to communicable diseases.

Final submission and approval must include a Money Order, Cashier's Check, or cash for $125.00 Application fee per family
